| The Association will provide a disclosure packet to an owner or his/her agent in accordance with the Virginia Property Owners Association Act. Please download and complete the Disclosure Packet Request Form. Real Estate Signs (Regulations-Article XXII, Section 1 General & Section 3 Real Estate Signs) Signs advertising the sale of property or lease of home actively on the market may be placed on that property or home provided that: a. Not more than two (2) signs shall be placed on a lot. b. Signs shall not exceed six (6) square feet in size. c. The maximum height , as measured from the ground, shall not exceed 5.5 feet. d. Signs shall not be placed on any Association property and specifically shall not be placed within the 15 foot Association right-of-way. e. Signs must be removed from the lot within seven (7) days of the settlement date for sales or the lease agreement date for rentals. |
