Virginia State Regulations
Property owner associations POAs)are subject Virginia laws. Specifically, Virginia's Code contains three regulations that POA's must abide by. The links below take you to the Virginia Legislative Information System for each Act. To see various sections of the act, click on the blue numbers. To view the entire Act, click on Report (this will take you to another screen), enter the beginning section number and the ending section number, click submit. You can have the Act sent to you via email as well by entering your email address. |
